Red Uakari Monkey Pics
Old 21-07-2008

I just took pics this past weekend of the Red Uakari monkeys at the Los Angeles zoo, so if anyone would like to see them go to the Los Angeles Zoo gallery. I took pics of two of the three females and the male.

Do they breed them ? And they are kept behind the scenes, that's right ? I've seen them in 2002, but not three years later.

Yes, the zoo does breed them, but I heard they haven't bred in a while. The zoo keeps them behind the scenes but if you look up to the right of the mountiain the people could see their cage. I took the pic because the zoo removed one of the walls blocking the view to the guest.
