No offense to the german members of this forum!
I forgot about that in that episode, it would of been good if they had done some other languages but I see why they did german language

Daleks have a nasty habit of always coming back, like the time how the Doctor killed the emperor of the Daleks, and about 1000's more, anytime that they come back the tension is like Dun Dun DUUHN!!!

Well obviously its a timelords mortal enemy,

At the risk of appearing ancient, I remember Doctor Who the first time around! The Daleks were never as cool in the original series. My favourite episode of series 4 has been the Sontaran 2 parter. One of my earliest childhood memories is of watching a Sontaran called Field Major Styre. That was way back in 1975!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bwassa I can also remember Dr Who from 1963 until the original show was ended in the 1980s.

The Sontaran experiment with Field Major Styre was repeated earlier this year on one of the Sky channels. They showed a complete series each of 12,13 and 14 apart form Genesis of the Daleks (season 12) and The Talons of Weng Cheng (season 14). I was disappointed not to see Genesis of the Daleks again.

I always thought the Master was a one time character, but according to the article he has been around since, 1971, ?

we haven't had the episode with the new Master over here in NZ yet. For those members familiar with the older series', how does he compare to the "real" Masters (I mean, the new one didn't even have a goatee for crying out loud!)

Just to clear up anything, The Master I'm talking about is a Timelord and disguises himself as Henry Saxon, he becomes the leader of England,

The Master will always be, for me anyway, dear old Roger Delgado, who first introduced the character during the Jon Pertwee era. He played the Master for 8 stories from 1971 until 1973. Later that year he was sadly killed in a car crash whilst filming in Turkey. Once you've seen him in action, nobody else comes close, no matter how good they are!

Pity you didn't get to see Talons of Weng-Chiang, Bongorob, as it's one of Tom Baker's best! I'd say it's one of the best stories of the whole original series!

I like the new Doctor Who but I prefer the original series. I remember as a child aged around 6 or 7 going to a shopping centre to see a real Dalek. They didn't seen so frightening in real life as on the TV.
