The gender of the "china-leos" in Berlin is: 1,2 and sorry, but at Hagenbeck, too: 1,2! One female died meanwhile. By the way, Hagenbeck is the european studbookkeeper of chinese leopards ( panthera pardus japonensis) for the EEP!
The 2,1 giant otters (pteronura brasiliensis)in Hamburg are doing well and nearly as large as their parents...
