The gender of the "china-leos" in Berlin is: 1,2 and sorry, but at Hagenbeck, too: 1,2! One female died meanwhile. By the way, Hagenbeck is the european studbookkeeper of chinese leopards (panthera pardus japonensis) for the EEP!

The 2,1 giant otters (pteronura brasiliensis)in Hamburg are doing well and nearly as large as their parents...
